The building spans a total gross area of 14,560 m² and is designed with a strong visual hierarchy suited to its urban corner location. Its spatial configuration includes two basement levels with 156 parking bays. The ground floor creates a lively public interface, featuring a drop-off zone, porte-cochere, reception, management offices, a restaurant, bar, and pool deck. On the first floor, visitors find a fitness center, business center, and medium-sized conference facilities, while the upper floors (two through seven) house 99 guest rooms. The materiality and roof space are equally functional and stylish. The building incorporates sustainability by using green design principles and non-fibreglass insulation panels to improve natural lighting, ventilation, and overall solar energy efficiency. It also received major structural upgrades, with Refurbished Blocks A and E (8 floors plus a basement) and Block D (17 floors) updated as part of the refurbishment. For safety, the project includes certified fire-rated partitions, advanced fire detection and suppression systems, and clearly defined emergency routes. In terms of services, the core mechanical, electrical, and plumbing infrastructure was upgraded to support high-density living, and the interiors were fitted with durable, low-maintenance finishes designed for heavy, institutional-style use..
