Social Housing The AA House Building
The AA HOUSE is located at the corner of Noord Street and Wanderers Street and was not in use. The building was used as an office block, the spaces of which were mainly drywall partitioning for internal walling. The brief was to convert it into residential social housing bachelors’ and family units in 2010.

The work required included design & project management, repairs and refurbishments of the 9 storey building with 2 basements.
With a construction cost of R3 million, the project was successfully completed in March 2012.
